The MoMA Design Store accepts returns for most items in their original packaging within 90 days of purchase, provided they are in unused and sellable condition. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every unique design piece you bring into your home.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original product packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components and manuals are included.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
